At WE, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video proof.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer:

• a replacement
• or a refund, depending on the issue

Please note:

• Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings are not eligible for refund.
• Slight handmade variations are not considered defects.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
